Overnight Vacations
While with us, dogs are not just boarding, they are on vacation! During their vacation stay, if your dog has already been socialized, your dog will enjoy Group Play during the day and our relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Social interaction is always monitored by our professional staff. Dogs that like to spend their time quietly and alone are provided with alone time as well. Our goal is to make sure that every dog enjoys their time with us.
If your dog is not eligible for Group Play, they will still have the same amount of time outside in their own private space and one-on-one time with staff for a wander around our private park and play time.
OVERNIGHT VACATION (boarding)
After a long day of play, dogs enjoy their own private indoor space, allowing them to relax.
Each dog will have their own fenced in area where they will eat and sleep. You may bring your dog's bed or we can provide one for you. Please also bring enough food, plus extra, for the duration of their vacation with us.

$60 per night/per dog

OVERNIGHT BOARDING WITH PRIVATE OUTDOOR PLAY (boarding)
Our Private Outdoor Play option allows us to provide vacation stays for dogs that do not do well in outside environments with other dogs, for any reason. Dogs enjoying our Overnight Boarding with Private Outdoor Play are given private individual outdoor time and social time with our staff, without other dogs being present. This will ensure that your dog is comfortable and enjoys their outdoor play time with us!

$75 per night/per dog

Daycare Service
For dogs that love to socialize and enjoy the great outdoors, RoseWood Pet Resort's Daycare service offers fully fenced play areas in a country setting, running free, enjoying the fresh air!
RoseWood is popular for its fully fenced in 1-acre park for off-leash fun. We also have smaller fenced in yards for small dogs and dogs that have mobility issues so that they can still enjoy the country atmosphere.
While your dog enjoys playing during the day, you will enjoy having a relaxed and tired dog at home in the evening! All dogs are assessed for sociability prior to becoming eligible for Group Play. If the weather is not so nice outside then we move playtime indoors where the fun continues in a different room or some downtime in their own private space!

Socialization and Group Play
Is your dog eligible for Group Play at RoseWood Pet Resort?
Safety is very important to us. Group Play at RoseWood Pet Resort is much different from a public dog park. At dog parks every dog has an owner who lives with them and knows them inside and out!
At RoseWood Pet Resort your dog is our guest. It is our responsibility to ensure that every dog goes home safe and sound after each visit. We take great pride in making sure they engage in safe Group Play with each other at all times, especially with dogs they may be meeting for the very first time!
Group Play Eligibility
In order for your dog to be eligible for Group Play with other Daycare or Overnight Boarding guests, before introducing them to other dogs at our resort, they must already have good experiences socializing with other dogs, be well mannered and tolerant in a dog social environment.
Recall is also very important.
If your dog shows signs of aggression towards another dog in any way, they will not be eligible for Group Play.
Unfortunately, we do not offer socialization training services.
Intact Dogs are Welcome
Males not neutered and female dogs not spayed are welcome at RoseWood Pet Resort!
For safety reasons please note that dogs that are still intact will not be eligible for Group Play.
Female dogs that are entering any stage of estrous or heat cycle will also not be eligible for Daycare or Overnight Boarding during that time.
Puppies are also welcome 14 days after their four-month final booster shots.
Vaccine Requirements
At RoseWood Pet Resort, your dog's health is just as important to us as them enjoying their day or vacation with us. As such, all dogs are required to be up-to-date on their standard annual vaccinations, or have proof of current Titer Levels.
Flea, Tick and Heartworm prevention is also required from April to November.
Vaccine Certificates must show expiry dates and can be uploaded to your account on our Customer Portal or Gingr for Pet Parents app.
Medication Administration
At RoseWood Pet Resort, we understand the significance of your dog's medical requirements. We take every precaution to ensure that your pet is safe and healthy while under our care.
We recognize that administering prescription medication and supplements can be a crucial part of your dog's medical routine and we take the time and the necessary steps to carefully review the instructions and appropriate protocol to ensure that your dog receives the appropriate dose as directed by you and your veterinarian.
Up to 2 prescription medication and/or supplements of 1 - 3 doses per day is included in the current price for Overnight Boarding and Private Retreat.
Note: We do not administer injectable medication.
Additional Medication Administration Fees:
3 to 5 prescription medication and/or supplements: $5 per dog / per day
If your dog requires more than 5 prescription medication and/or supplements per day, please contact us and we will provide you with an estimate.
RoseWood Private Dog Park
We are proud to offer the only private, fully fenced dog park in the City and right inside the Rouge National Urban Park! Our 1 acre park is available to reserve for private and group use.
