What are your Reception hours?

Monday to Friday:  7:00 am to 10:00 am & 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday:  9:00 am to 10:00 am & 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

What do I need to bring when I drop my dog off for Overnight Vacations?

Please bring enough food for you dog's vacation, plus extra, in case of travel delays.  You may also bring treats and toys for your dog as well.

There is plenty of room for a dog bed.  You can bring your own or we can provide one for your dog, at no extra cost.

What if I am unable to arrive during your regular Reception hours?

If you need to drop off or pick up your dog while our Reception is closed during the day, we can make arrangements for an appointment time that is more convenient between those hours.  If you are running late for your appointment time, please let us know.

If you are unable to arrive by the time we close for Reception to pick up your dog, we can arrange for you come the following morning.

Are vaccinations required?

Yes, we do require that your dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations.  You can upload a copy to your file using the Client Portal link or Gingr for Pet Parents app or you can bring us a hard copy and we will add it to your file.

We also require that your dog is on Tick and Flea medication.

If your dog is unable to continue to be vaccinated due to medical reasons, we will accept Titer reports.

Where do the dogs sleep for Overnight Vacations?

Your dog will sleep in their own individual pen beside other dogs so they can all see each other.  Our pens range in size from 4 feet by 5 feet to 5 feet by 10 feet, depending on the size of your dog or if you have more than one dog and would like them to stay in the same pen.

What happens on my dog's first day of Daycare?

We like to take our time introducing new dogs to our Daycare pack.l

First, we will spend time one-on-one with your dog so that they can get to know us.  We will then bring your dog outside in a yard beside the Daycare pack so that they can safely sniff the dogs through the fence without being overwhelmed.

If your dog seems comfortable, we will then bring one of the Daycare dogs in to meet your dog.  If that goes well, we will bring another dog, and so on.

After that your dog will be integrated into the Daycare group and the play will begin!

Your dog will determine when we move on from each step.  Some dogs will be in the group within 10 minutes and others may take a few weeks if they are really nervous.  We want all new dogs to have a stress-free experience so we always allow the dog to take all the time it needs to be comfortable.
